To support the club in the identification and execution of the strategic pillars to maximize revenues.

The idea

As a member of the Leadership team (Executive Committee) Spodeal was responsible for the strategy area giving transversal support to key areas of the club. A few months prior Messi’s arrival to the club, Spodeal was also in charge of executing all the commercial strategy (partnerships and business Intelligence) and to create all in-house teams, methodology and processes and as a result we jointly created the datawarehouse, x3 partnerships revenues with more than 10 new partnership deals secured (Front of the shirt, naming rights and sleeve among others) and helped to organize the first pre-season tour of the club.
