The mission

BWIN, the betting company present on the jersey of Real Madrid during the Galacticos era, disappeared from football after its sponsorship with “los blancos”. Our mission: to ensure the brand’s visibility again in Spanish football, 2 years after its last contract.

The idea

We were tasked with creating a strategic market penetration plan in the sports industry in Spain, specifically through top-tier football teams. After benchmarking and operational analytics, a successful negotiation was conducted with Atlético de Madrid, Valencia CF, Villarreal CF, and Sevilla FC. With BWIN back in football again, our second task was to activate these contracts, impacting their target audience and carrying out hospitality actions with their top clients.
